Daffodil Day

At Shantytown we had to solve a mystery and we learnt how to crack different sorts of codes. We went all over Shantytown. We went to the hospital the church and more. We went in groups to find groups of a certain number then it was lunchtime. We also found in the church some blankets a pillowcase and a bed sheet from the hospital .Also in the post office we found a suitcase saying his name was George Brown. We got to know to copy a fingerprint onto black paper it was a fun activity. Everywhere we went we saw an envelope with a note in it and a piece of yellow paper saying evidence. We also went to the bakery and the post office. After all that we went on the train. I went at  the back of the train .

On Friday one of the people at school called Jamie  let us look at some skinks that he found at his house. Today my class let them go. We ended  up putting them near a memorial. I think they will like where we put them as they seemed to like their new home and I hope they do like it.  I think some things like slugs and snails would be two things that they would like. I think they were common skinks.
